Codex

Our Codex feature offers various types of dexes, guiding you through the different features PrismaCraft has to offer. Reaching Codex milestones will also grant rewards!

How to Access

Making your way to the Codex is very easy! By running the command [/codex] you will be brought to a menu. This is where you can guide through the different types of dexes that we have to offer.

Clicking on the dexes will then lead you to another page, showing options to view vanilla items and custom items to discover!

Codex Types

Below, you will find a list of different Codex types and learn how to complete them.

MineDex

This is an index for all types of ores, vanilla and custom! You will find these custom ores in :

• Resource Overworld
• Resource Nether
• Resource End

(TIP: Some will only spawn at certain Y levels, while others may only spawn in certain biomes)

FishDex

An archive of fish swimming in the PrismaCraft waters! You will find these fish in :

• Variety of different biomes
• Some may only spawn in certain weather conditions
• Others will only spawn at certain times during the day cycle
• Some of the fish have also made their way to The End world!

(TIP: Make sure to toggle custom fish on with [/fish toggle])

MobDex

A guide to all monsters and mobs of the world, vanilla and custom! Can be found :

• All custom mobs will spawn in the Resource Overworld
• Majority of them will only spawn in certain biomes

(TIP: Our bugs and critters can be captured by left clicking them with a glass bottle)

DungeonDex

A collection of achievements through battling Dungeons! Click here or check out [/warp dungeons]!

PlantDex

A compendium of flowers, from natural to fantasy blooms. Can be found in :

• Resource Overworld
• Resource Nether
• Resource End
• Variety of different biomes

AlchDex

A growing archive of alchemical brews and concoctions. Alchemy flowers can be found just the same as flowers from the PlantDex, alongside Alchemy ingredients and MobDex too! Alchemy Potion Recipes can be found :

• Looting different structural containers in the Resource Worlds, such as Mineshafts!
• Killing certain mobs

FoodDex

A cookbook featuring all of our cooking concoctions! How to complete :

• Ingredients can be found throughout different biomes in the Resource Worlds
• Dishes can be made through putting your ingredients together and crafting the custom food

(TIP: You can learn how to put together the custom food in [/recipes])

Codex Rewards

While inside the [/codex] menu, clicking the lily pad at the top, will take you to the rewards page. This is where you can check your milestones and Codex % completion!

If you reach certain milestones, you can obtain rewards within each Dex!
